We saw friends, students, and busy professionals settling for compromises—quick but unsatisfying takeout, or complicated recipes abandoned halfway. We realized that what was missing was a way to share the soul of India without sacrificing time or flavor.
We took the name Tiffins—a word that once simply meant a mid-day meal or a lunchbox—and gave it new meaning. Tiffins is a way to bring the best of Indian food to the world and making it extremely accessible and convenient.

Founded by Harsh Patel and his partner Namrata Soni who stumbled upon the idea of Freeze Drying on one of their trips to India. Later joined by Shama Patel and Manan Rokani who come from strong experience in the food and beverage industry.
