Freeze-Dried Nature: Tiffins provides authentic Indian meals preserved through freeze-drying. While we strive for consistency, the final appearance and texture of the rehydrated meal may vary slightly from marketing photography.

Preparation: It is the consumer's responsibility to follow the rehydration instructions provided on the packaging. Tiffins is not responsible for products prepared with non-potable water or improper heating methods.

Shelf Life: Our products are shelf-stable. The "Best By" date is only valid if the pouch remains sealed and is stored in a cool, dry place. Once a pouch is opened, it should be consumed immediately.

Ingredients: Full ingredient lists are provided on our packaging and website.

Allergen Warning: Our meals are prepared in facilities that may also process nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, and gluten. Tiffins is not liable for adverse reactions if the ingredients and potential allergens were accurately disclosed on the label.

Pricing: All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Order Cancellation - By the Customer: Due to our rapid 1-day handling time, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. Please review your cart and shipping information carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Order Cancellation - By Tiffins: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected unauthorized or illegal activity.

Delivery Responsibility: Tiffins assumes the risk of loss for all products until they are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

Non-Delivery: If a carrier fails to deliver your package or it is lost in transit, Tiffins will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Address: The risk of loss passes to the customer if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at the time of checkout.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and proprietary meal formulations, is the property of Tiffins and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiffins and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the consumption of our products.
